Michelle Casey was born in joy on Christmas Eve, 1997. From that moment, she was a gift to her family. She adored her family, her cats and dogs...in fact all living creatures. She loved being outdoors and was at the beach—her favorite place—on Sunday.
Michelle always brought people together with her bubbly personality and loving, giving heart. Always active, she held a second-degree black belt in Tae kwon do, played volleyball and beach volleyball, and loved to work out. She loved singing in both the Clackamas High School choir and OSU's Bella Voce Choir. She enjoyed working at Starbucks in both Portland and Corvallis and always enjoyed chatting with her regular customers. Michelle adored her older sister Elizabeth and was always a joyous caring and affectionate daughter. As a junior at OSU, she was working toward a degree in kinesiology because she wanted to help people. Michelle chose to be an organ donor, a decision that saved two lives.
Her bright smile, goofy laughs, and sweet, gentle personality will always be deeply missed.
Please, in lieu of flower, we ask that you contribute to the animal charity of your choice in her name.
