Cynthia Joan Brown, lovingly referred to as Grandma Brown, was born on August 20, 1946.
Daughter to James Francis Brown and Violet Ruth Brown, sister to Jack, Jim (AKA Travis), Mary Ann, Peggy, Patty, and Nancy (all) siblings are deceased. Mother to Michelle Brown(deceased), Dawn O’Neil, Julie O’Neil, JP O’Neil, and Tony O’Neil. She went back to college in her 50’s to earn a Masters Degree in Social Work that she loved to do. Grandma Brown was a devout Catholic! She prayed the Rosary daily and prayed for each of her family members by name with specific intentions for them.
She passed away in her home on December 19, 2024.
A funeral services will be on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11:30 at Mount Calvary Cemetery & Mausoleum, 333 S.W. Skyline Blvd. Portland, OR 97221. A Requiem Mass will be said for Cynthia at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 9:00am, 13400 N.E. 28th Street, Vancouver, WA 98682.
