Cheryl A. Bassett. November 1951 to September 18, 2024, lived her whole life in Portland, OR. Attended Kellogg Grade School and graduated from Franklin High School. Cheryl went on to work at the Federal Reserve Bank and retired after 40 years of service. She is survived by two sons and one grandson.
